Most virtual cycling platforms build their routes by hand in 3D software. RideTheBound takes a different approach: we pull elevation data directly from national and satellite sources — IGN France at 5m resolution, PNOA Spain with 1m LiDAR, and SwissTopo at 0.5m. The result is terrain that matches the real world within meters.
